Alice Spring, wife of club bulletin editor Carl Spring, passed away on July 24th. She will be remembered at a memorial on Sunday, August 19, 3 p.m., at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 1031 Bienveneda Avenue, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272. Immediately after the service there will be a reception in the church patio. AUGUST 7 - Dinner Meeting: John Ranhofer will speak on "Investments," at the Golden Dragon Restaurant in Chinatown. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
AUGUST 21 - Metro Zone Meeting. Governor Lakhani will make his visitation to all of Metro Zone A at the Golden Dragon Restaurant, at 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be $15.
SEPTEMBER 18 - Dinner Meeting: PDG Ray and Eleanor Szada will bring us up to date on Canine Companions for Independence.
OCTOBER 16 - Dinner Meeting: Motivational speaker Michelle Armstrong is our speaker. 7:00 p.m. at the Golden Dragon. Dinner is $15.
